Energy Shield Spray Foam has been in the hands of the Sheets family for four generations. From the days of cellulose and fiberglass to the modern standard of spray foam, we have grown and evolved with the insulation industry.

Over 50 years in business speaks volumes about how we treat our customers.

We pride ourselves on providing quality work at an affordable price. We offer a wide range of services and solutions, including commercial and residential open-cell and closed-cell spray foam, crawl space encapsulation, retrofit loose-fill attic insulation, and more. Every service we offer is done with the customer in mind, helping create a more comfortable home or building while saving money over time through lower utility bills.

Why Choose Spray Foam?

Spray foam is a far superior product to traditional fibrous insulating materials because of its air-sealing qualities. Spray foam is one of the only materials on the market that is effective in resisting all three forms of thermal transfer: convection, conduction, and radiant heat. Essentially, it helps shield what is inside from the outdoors, which is where our name, Energy Shield, comes from.

Choosing spray foam in your new build can allow you to downsize your HVAC unit by as much as 50%. With fewer air exchanges over time due to proper air sealing, a smaller and more efficient unit may be able to heat and cool your home. This can create lower monthly utility bills and a more comfortable space. Closed-cell spray foam, in addition to being an air barrier, is also a moisture barrier. It adds another layer of protection against humidity and moisture migration. Closed-cell foam is also a very rigid and durable product, and when sprayed, it can help increase the structural integrity of a home or building.
